Our FTL – Full Truck Loads operations centre is organised with a team of planners who work on a dynamic and consistent order portfolio, ensuring a competitive advantage in terms of flexibility and performance. For rail and sea routes, we work with industry-leading partners, to whom we are bound by long-term agreements and mutual commitment on volumes and service. This is how we maintain a competitive position in an increasingly demanding market.

For our Business Unit Full Truck Load we are looking for a Project Manager at group level.

Key responsibilities

  • Involvment in strategic projects of the Business Unit, considering various market opportunities and changes in the industry
  • Development of own projects in the Business Unit
  • Regular follow-up of the progress of the assigned objectives, acting promptly to resolve any misalignments
  • Preparation of presentations and KPIs
  • Supporting the BU Head in various activities


  • Adequate training and/or degree with a focus on logistics or economics
  • Professional experience in the area of full truck loads (FTL) and Project Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Implementation skills and strong team orientation
  • Logical-analytical approach and affinity for numbers
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very good knowledge of English, language skills in Italian or German are an advantage
