For our international team we are looking for a

(Junior) Recruiter:in / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Handling the entire recruiting process for various subsidiaries of the group, from creating and publishing job advertisements to conducting interviews and contract negotiations.
• Active sourcing on various social media channels
• Management of the onboarding process
• Participation in various projects within the HR unit with a focus on recruiting and employer branding
• Contact person for employees and managers in all personnel-related matters
• Maintenance of our applicant management system

Requirements:

• Completed studies/training with focus on HR or comparable qualification with experience in the field of transport and logistics.
• Ideally first professional experience in recruiting
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, structured and team-oriented way of working
• High reliability and flexibility
• Creative way of thinking and text reliability as well as professional appearance
• Confident handling of social media channels and all MS Office programs
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Knowledge of Italian and Polish is an advantage
