Customer Care Support (m/f/d)

To expand our team in Katowice (Poland), we are looking for a Customer Care Support (m/f/d).

Core activities:

• Direct contact with customers and carriers;
• Handling of customers’ requests regarding the status of deliveries;
• Truck dispatching on agency basis;
• Managing complaints and disputes;
• Transport monitoring;
• Transport document management.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in the transportation and international forwarding sector;
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence;
• Structured and autonomous way of working;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Determination and stress resistance;
• Strong computer skills (MS-Office);
• Good knowledge of German, Polish and English.
