To support our team we are looking for a Sales Back Office – Lead Generation (m/f/d) at our headquarters in Ora (BZ).

Sales Back Office is the centralised department of Gruber Logistics’ sales organisation. It works closely with the commercial director, area managers and our sales force. It offers cross-divisional support and takes part in numerous business development strategies in various areas related to customer acquisitions and business development.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Cold calling to potential new customers (in Germany and possibly also Italy)
  • Company’s effective promotion on the phone
  • Sending follow up e-mails to potential new customers
  • Scheduling appointments for sales representatives
  • Filling out the CRM
  • Research for potential new customers to contact

Required skills:

  • German native or highly proficient in spoken and written German
  • Very good Italian and good English skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills (in particular Outlook and basic Excel skills)
  • Customer-oriented and strong communication competence
  • Proactive behavior and positive appearance
  • Stress resistance and determination
  • Ability to work in a team
