For the continuous development of our international business in Turkey (new branches in Istanbul and Izmir) we are looking for a Customer Care Support (m/f/d).
Your key responsibilites:
- Direct contact with customers and carriers
- Handling customers’ requests regarding the status of deliveries
- Truck dispatching on agency basis
- Managing complaints and disputes
- Transport monitorin and document management
- A minimum of 2 year experience in a transportation and international forwarding company
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence
- Structured and autonomous way of working
- Ability to work in a team
- Determination and stress resistance
- Strong computer skills (MS-Office)
- Good knowledge of the English language
