We are looking for an experienced IT Service Manager to join our team at Dr. Schär’s headquarters. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our IT processes align with industry best practices and internal policies. He or she will develop and maintain relevant documentation, oversee performance management frameworks and metrics, and ensure that the IT organization delivers value to the enterprise.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and methodologies in accordance with industry frameworks
- Utilize ITSM software tools to automate and streamline processes
- Define, manage, and review SLAs agreed between the various business functions and IT Business/IT Services
- Design and maintain the IT Service Portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives and industry standards
- Define, maintain, and report on metrics to track progress against objectives
- Direct the preparation, review, and consolidation of programs and budgets for the IT organization
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Service Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and other industry best practices
- Excellent communication
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of English, German and/or Italian
