Service technician (f/m/d)

Our globally active company with locations in Italy, Germany and the USA is involved in the development and production of hydrogen storage systems as well as systems for the production, supply and use of hydrogen.

Your tasks:

• You carry out service assignments in all directions (commissioning, repair assignments, maintenance & updates).
• You travel to our customers in America, Australia and Europe and are the technical contact person on site.
• You document your service calls accordingly
• You provide remote support for efficient problem solving
• You will ensure a high quality, timely and customer focused service.
• When you’re not on the road, you’ll help our assembly staff assemble and test systems

What we expect:

• Completion of a vocational school or technical secondary school (electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics) or comparable work experience.
• Command of German and/or Italian, knowledge of English is an advantage (training courses are provided)
• A high degree of initiative
• Willingness to travel and work
