Digital Account Manager (f/m/d)

The Loacker New Channels team is looking for a person passionate in eCommerce and digitalization, eager to nurture social and technical skills together with us, promoting the marketing and sales growth on GDO eCommerce platforms for the Italian market.

YOUR TASKS

• Supporting the sales workforce on the digitalization of GDO clients
• Scouting, supporting, and developing the relationship with new GDO third-party platforms
• Strategic planning of Marketing and ADV Flash Sales campaigns on the relative third-party platforms, supported from the digital Italian team
• Ensure on time and qualitative execution of the marketing and promotional plan of the portfolio assigned
• Implementation of successful digital partnerships to reach short and long term objectives
• Supporting a deep monitoring of digital business opportunities to execute an activation roadmap of new digital players and channels
• Supporting the evolution of Marketplaces and Pure Players, optimizing marketing and promotional plan, support the maximisation of product ranges with the support of the Store Manager
• KPI’s analysis and insight generation from the different channels (Modern and Traditional channels, Seasonals…), supporting the Italian team and the Global Marketing Team
• Travels with the sales workforce

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in economics, Business management and/or marketing. A master in digital marketing represents an advantage
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or at least experience in E-Commerce teams
• Experience in a digital agency and/or with GDO online players represents an advantage
• Significant experience on the digital business execution in medium/ larger companies
• Ability to develop and analyze financial / business data
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI or similar analytics tools
• Strong communication skills: empathic and collaborative person with good verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and Italian, German is a plus
