Team Manager Application Engineering (m/f/d)

For our office in Bolzano we are looking for a Team Manager Application Engineering (m/f/d).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enhancing the Application engineering organization
• Establishing and developing over the time a good relation with the customers (technical counterparty)
• Daily management of the customer priorities and assign them to the related Application Engineers
• Giving a structure to the development of Alpitronic Application Bullettin and supervising contents before release
• Keeping constant alignment among engineers spread over multiple countries
• Collaborating with the Project Mamagement Office team and follow the new Alpitronic’s processes ensuring the KPI monitoring related to the technical answer to the customers
• Shortening the response and resolution time for technical questions to increase customer satisfaction
• Building up the team competences for all relevant technical aereas and monitoring the team performance

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Master Degree in electronics or electrical engineering or similar
• Previous professional experience in the technical field of support, service, R&D, in a leadership role as well
• Profound knowledge of complex and wide organization and multi-disciplinary technical competences
• Analytical thinking, abstraction and modelling skills
• Strong proactiveness and autonomous and structured working style
• Empathy, leadership and coaching abilities, ensuring a collaborative environment
• Excellent knowledge of English, German and Italian as advantage
