Spot Specialist for Developing FTL Sector (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Spot Specialist for Developing FTL Sector (m/f/d) at our branch in Vilnius (Lithuania).

Core activities:

• Actively selling spot transports in the FTL sector
• Identifying potential customers and partners in the FTL sector
• Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Analyzing the market and identifying trends and opportunities
• Monitoring transport processes and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Experience in sales of transportation services, ideally in the FTL sector
• Negotiation skills and persuasiveness
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation
• Independent work ethic and high self-motivation
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Fluent in Lithuanina and English, addional languages are advantageous
