For our office in we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager – Central and Southeastern Europe (m/f/d).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Explore and develop new business relationships, sales markets, customers, and partners in the Central and Southeastern European region
  • Secure market share and successfully place new products on the market, drivign revenue growth
  • Exploring new markets, identifying opportunities, and assessing potentials.
  • Manage customer commercial inquiries
  • Identify and evaluate market needs, trends and influences
  • Assess comprehensively the competition in terms of product range, services and sales strategy
  • Visit customers and provide commercial and technical advice.
  • Collaborate efficiently with Product Marketing Team by providing relevant market information
  • Generating forecasts and reports based on sales activities and evaluatemarketing campaign performance against objectives
  • Participating in trade fairs, congresses and events

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Degree in Economics or Engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in an international company, familiarity with E-Mobility sector is a plus
  • Profound knowledge and experience in B2B Business development
  • Capability to conduct in-depth analysis of the target market, yielding significant outcomes and supporting managerial decisions
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budget planning
  • Ability to achieve sales targets with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Hands-on mentality, determination and solution-oriented
  • Customer orientation and presentation skills, as well as negotiation skills
  • Excellent English language skills, with knowledge of regional languages as an added value
