Posizione
Looking for a Head of Injection molding for a growing business in the in the areas of cable protection and cable connection.
Leading, developing & continuous improvement of our high tech injection molding department with more than 35 machines & 60 employees will be main priorities for this role.
Requisiti
- Experienced (manufacturing) specialist in the field of plastic processing
- Profound knowledge in manufacturing management / professional experience in leadership skills
- Confident demeanor, assertiveness, flexibility
- Self-responsible and structured work style, solution-oriented, and team-oriented
- Good knowledge of German and Italian
