Position
- Support of the assigned customers regarding orders and delivery dates
- Input, coordination and monitoring of customer orders from receipt to delivery
- Handling customer complaints regarding delivery dates and providing suitable solutions within the given deadlines
- Set-up and maintenance of the customer database
- Forwarding of inquiries and orders to the right department
Requirements
- Completed commercial education
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office – SAP knowledge an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English as well as good knowledge of the Italian language
- Good communication skills
- Independent and responsible work attitude
- Reliability, ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility
- Analytical approach to problem solving
