Vanguard Europe is based in the brand-new Durst Kraftwerk, right next to the Durst Group headquarters.

Our product line includes state-of-the-art digital inkjet printers for large-format printing. At our new location in Brixen, these printers are assembled, tested, and shipped to customers all over Europe.

Your Mission:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in the installation and maintenance of our cutting-edge Vanguard printers at our European customers’ sites. Your expertise and recommendations are crucial for the continuous improvement and expansion of our products.

Your Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of our printers at customer sites
• Diagnosing, repairing, and resolving technical issues both remotely and on-site
• Supporting sales by passing on information and opportunities
• Documenting all service requests and interventions

Your Profile:

• Completed technical education (e.g., GOB/TFO, HTL, BFS)
• At least 2 years of experience as a technician in similar positions
• Knowledge of large-format digital printing is an advantage
• Understanding of mechanics and electrical engineering
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Excellent customer orientation and communication skills
• Team player with a solution-oriented work approach
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• High willingness to travel
