For the support of our Group CEO we are looking for a Executive Support Manager (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Management: As Executive Support Manager, you’ll proactively oversee extensive, strategic projects on behalf of our Group CEO. Your contributions will shape our future success.
• Interim Management: Within our corporate group, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations during transitions or critical periods.
• Liaison and Communication: Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Your effective communication skills will foster collaboration and understanding.
• Meeting Materials: Create compelling materials for meetings and presentations, conducting thorough research to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: You’ve completed university studies, preferably in Economics.
• Professional Experience: Several years in management consulting or comparable roles have honed your expertise.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Your innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities set you apart.
• Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills are essential for successful collaboration.
• Organizational Agility: Good organization skills and flexibility enable you to manage diverse tasks.
• Independence and Reliability: You create a structured, self-reliant work environment.
• Language Proficiency: You are fluent in English and either Italian or German.
