IT Business Analyst (m/f/d)

For our location in Bolzano we are looking for a IT Business Analyst (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate, analyze and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to appropriate parties
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshooting
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
• Identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data
• Lead the technical business processes, by developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
• Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
• Perform, evaluate and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science
• Previous years of experience in IT department and in data visualization
• Strong working knowledge of relevant ERP, CRM, BI, Enterprise Content-Management-System-Application including programming languages to build up, support and maintain the interfaces between the applications
• Customer and service-oriented mindset
• High proficiency in technical writing and in managing projects and user testing
• Good knowledge of English, German and/or Italian
