Ready for a new challenge? To expand our agency business in the branches of our subsidiary Universal Transport in Czech Republic (Mochov and Ostrava) we are looking for an experienced Teamleader – International Full Truck Load Forwarding (m/f/d)

Main responsibilities:

• Coordination of the team’s activities and operational procedures
• Planning, handling and monitoring of ongoing shipments throughout Europe
• Supervision and management of the relationship with clients and hauliers
• Acquisition, registration and processing of transport orders
• Use of freight exchanges for forwarding business
• Handling transport and shipping documents
• Continuous improvement of service quality
• Monthly reporting on operational results

Requirements: 

• At least five years of professional experience in the international freight forwarding and logistics sector (Full Truck Load)
• Good leadership skills and previous experience in a position with team coordination
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving competence
• A high degree of flexibility and strong negotiation skills
• Independent and result-oriented working style
• Affinity for numbers and cost awareness
• Skilled in the use of all common EDP programs
• Good English skills, other foreign language skills are a plus
