Your tasks:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in our office in Brixen, you are responsible for:

• Business Development & Candidate Retention : Building relationships with clients and candidates in the life sciences and finance sector in the DACH region. Focus on telephone work and video calls for business development and vacancy management.
• Market focus : Building and maintaining a network in the German-speaking DACH region with responsibility for several roles.
• Recruitment process : After your training, you will take over the entire recruitment process – from candidate search to interviews to filling the position, including customer communication.
• Market Development : Growing your network of candidates and clients to expand the market and increase sales.
