Internal Communications & Media Relations Specialist (m/f/d)

For our location in Bolzano we are looking for a Internal Communications & Media Relations Specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage reactive media relations, acting as the first point of contact for press enquiries and ensuring timely and accurate responses
• Design and produce comprehensive international press clippings and media monitoring reports
• Develop and maintain templates for internal and external communications, including website pages, press portals and other corporate materials
• Conceptualize and create comprehensive international press clippings and media monitoring reports
• Plan and develop content and initiatives for HR-related communications projects to increase employee engagement
• Produce internal communications materials to support content distribution and project updates
• Continuously improve and innovate internal communication tools, such as the corporate intranet, to promote effective knowledge management and employee connectivity

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing or a related field
• Previous work experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate or agency environment
• Strong knowledge of internal communications strategies, tools and best practices
• Solid understanding of media relations, including handling press enquiries, producing press materials and managing corporate reputation
• Proficiency in content creation and storytelling for multiple channels, such as intranet, newsletters or press releases, in line with corporate branding
• Experience of knowledge management systems and tools to facilitate internal collaboration and information sharing a plus
• Ability to ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communications
• Fluency in Italian, German and English
