For the ERDF research project PROSEED “Research into drying and fermentation technologies for the valorization of innovative plant protein raw materials for food and agriculture“ (ERDF 2021-2027, n. 1080, CUP B57H24003770007) the working groups “Laboratory for Flavours and Metabolites” and the “Laboratory of NMR Spectroscopy” is looking for a: Researcher (f/m/d) – Code PR.25-LMQ-02.04
The aim of the PROSEED project is to research fermentation and drying technologies to valorize innovative products and by-products derived from a patented process for protein extraction from plants.
The areas of responsibility are as follows:
Characterization of various extracts from different agricultural products and by-products, analysis with LC-MS/GC-MS and NMR to determine the chemical profiles of natural products. Data evaluation, reporting, presentation, and publication of results. Participation in the project meetings.
Workplace: Laboratory for Flavours and Metabolites and the Laboratory of NMR Spectroscopy (c/o NOI Techpark in Bozen/Bolzano)
Contract duration: full time, until 31.12.2027

This is a full-time position at Laimburg Research Centre. The regular place of work will be the NOI Techpark, Via A.Volta n. 13, 39100 Bolzano (BZ). Classification is based on the category ” employee” according to the Agricultural collective agreement. The contract may be renewed if at that time the project will be renewed and/or funds will still be available, within the limits of the legal provisions at that time.
