Junior Technical Writer (m/f/d)
Panoramica
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Technical Writer (m/f/d).
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create product manuals and service instructions
- Optimise the existing manuals
- Manage other documentation & customer communications (e.g. newsletters, training content, product change notifications)
- Work with content management systems
- Perform linguistic & content reviews, liaising with translation agencies if required
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, technical and/or editorial studies
- Previous experience in writing technical instructions/texts would be an advantage
- Knowledge of content management systems and in-design software as an advantage
- Technical affinity and a structured and precise working style
- Good linguistic sense, confident use of spelling and grammar
- Excellent knowledge of English, Italian and German as a plus
