We are looking for a HR Administration & Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) Full-time or part-time position at our headquarters in Kurtatsch (BZ), Italy.
Manage the entire administrative employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Collaborate with external consultants for payroll preparation
Advise managers and employees worldwide on labor law topics in close coordination with local labor law experts
Support the setup of new branches and expansion into new countries from an HR/legal perspective
Actively contribute to various HR projects to further develop our organization
Experience in payroll, as an HR Generalist, or in a similar role is an advantage – but entry-level candidates are also welcome.
Good command of English and ideally basic knowledge of French
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Open-minded and interested in working in an international environment
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
