Accounting Manager (m/f/d)

As an Accounting Manager, you are routinely involved in the financial reporting, recordkeeping, invoicing, and payroll activities within our organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Closely monitoring and recording incoming and outgoing invoices and bank movements.

• Handling monthly VAT closures, quarterly and annual VAT returns, and/or communications.

• Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual active and passive cash flow reports

• Developing a budgeting and management control system that aligns with the reporting needs of the Functional Departments

• Carefully monitoring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and developing detailed management reports

• Building a strong relationship with lending institutions.

• Preparing financial statements under the supervision of the appointed accounting firm

• Setting up business performance documentation consistent with accounting, statutory, and tax regulations

• Handling a variety of financial reporting tasks, including invoicing and payrolls

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in the finance or business field, MBA, or equivalent degree

• At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting and administrative activities

• Comprehensive knowledge of general accounting and national accounting standards

• Proven experience in budget drafting and financial management

• Familiarity with major office applications and specific accounting and management software programs such as ERP systems

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach

• Flexibility and proactivity in handling tasks and projects
