Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Ensure quality control of finished products

• Maintain a strong operational presence in production, monitoring processes and managing product-related deviations

• Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (e.g. ISO 9001, BRC, AIC, RSPO), including documentation and procedures

• Drive continuous improvement by analysing quality data (waste, complaints, trends) and implementing corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production

• Act as a backup to the QA Manager, coordinating the QA team and ensuring prioritization and timely operational decision-making when required

Your Profile

• Degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field

• 5–8 years of experience in Quality roles, with exposure to both supplier management and production environments

• Solid understanding of production processes

• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving

• Proven ability to take ownership, make decisions, and lead operationally

• Hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure

• Fluent in English and in German or Italian
