Global Suppliers Planning Specialist (m/w/d)

The Planner supports the planning activities of finished goods supply, contributing to ensuring their availability in line with required service levels and stock targets. The role collaborates with various departments (Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing, Quality Assurance, etc.) to ensure efficient reorder and stock management along the supply chain.

 Your profile:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields

• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and Italian or German

• Good knowledge of the Office package

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team and in dynamic environments 

• Strong analytical mindset & Problem-solving skills

• Proactivity and a continuous improvement mindset

• Good ability to manage priorities and deadlines

 Your responsibilities:

• Define the planning of reorders for finished goods from third-party suppliers and their distribution across the network

• Monitor operational KPIs such as: Service Level, OTD, Inventory Level, Write-Off Risks

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage critical issues and contribute to continuous improvement activities in planning processes
